I am an artistic, open-minded person to begin with. I'm not afraid of a little bit of darkness in every person, and I believe that experiences of all kinds make a person more interesting. I have been through a few of my own, met a lot of people, seen and heard a lot of things. I've had my crisis of faith when my world came crashing down, but I'm slowly coming up again. Life is a constant struggle, and I've made plenty of mistakes. I try to live without regrets and just learn what I can. Although I do not fear darkness, I find many aspects of life beautiful, including some of the difficulties and burdens we cope with; it's part of our existence.
I'm a bit of a chameleon. My hair is constantly changing, and my style can range from jeans and tee to a corset and boots. I love everything about art and do some drawing and painting myself. I also enjoy reading and writing to clear my mind. I'll occasionally go to concerts, but they're so d*mn expensive. I would totally love to be a groupie just for the free backstage access, minus the whole sleep-with-the-entire-band thing. I used to go clubbing a lot when I lived in Los Angeles: gay, goth, hip-hop, Latin, etc. I can adjust to almost any scene.
I have an interesting past and like to push the boundaries a bit. I have my little routines, but without some novelty, I get bored. I am a compassionate person, and I enjoy listening to others. I seem a little shy at first, but once I open up, you'll find I have a wild side.
I would like to meet a girl who is passionate, funny, and even a bit crazy. I need her to be caring and empathetic to the plight of others. I also love a wicked sense of humor. Sarcasm, cynicism and a dry wit are all turn ons. In the end, the ability to hold an interesting conversation is what wins me over. I'm a visual person, but words are sexy and captivating.
Conversation Starters (i.e. what you'd like to do on a first date...)
First dates are for getting to know the other person. I'm pretty open to new experiences. I would love her to take me to a place that is meaningful to her, such as her favorite park or scenic view. I just want to know what she's all about. I don't mind an interesting activity or a movie, but I like to have time to talk at a restaurant or coffee house.
