About Me
I like to play guitar... Slap n tap/Acoustic Percussive, and covers of other songs. I like to play stuff by Andy Mckee, Don Ross, and Ben Lapps...those type of folks.. plus songs by more mainstream peeps like Avenged sevenfold, A day to remember, Nico and Vinz, Spice Girls, backstreet boys .... Jk lol... Maybe....

I like to eat healthy. Paleo.... Organic... Keto(not all the time)...I try not to be a purist so I still have some cheat foods(mainly ice cream lol,) but it takes a rare occurrence for me to eat a full meal involving grains(I don't mind white rice but don't pursue it either)....

I'm big into brewing fermented health beverages like kombucha and jun. I enjoy making homemade syrups from scratch like root beer, and apple pie. I just started brewing 5 gallon batches again, and I gotta say, feels great to not be paying 4 bucks a bottle! .... I'm in love with Jun because it uses raw honey as a sweetener to feed the culture instead of sugar.... It's pretty much amazing :p

I just recently started reading books after not reading for almost 12 years. Started with The Power of Now, by Eckhart Tolle. Not once have I heard him say something in a youtube video that hasn't made absolute crystal clear sense. I got half way through reading it however, and thought it was a good idea one night to try and bring it into the sauna with me. Yeah... needless to say I opened it up and it completely fell apart lol. I will probably pick up another copy of it soon so I can finish it. Or find a really big stapler. In the meantime I started diving into the books "the alchemist" and "Seeing in the Dark." I'm loving this one so far as well... helps develop your inner shaman to a deeper level. On that note, I am someone who practices Shamanism. It's a path that has provided me with much needed correction at times.

I am officially one week free from the reigns of Facebook. After some creepy lengths they were taking to invade my privacy I decided to let it go. In hindsight, it is absolutely stunning how much time I wasted on it, how much attention I was seeking from it, and just how much I let it intertwine into my life. The first couple of days were rough but I think I'm done with it for now. And honestly, I can't help but feel a sense of liberation :) Excited to start doin more readin and jammin:p

lol....POF doesnt like competitor dating sites apparently lol

I think a fun first adventure would involve the outdoors to some extent and delicious eats... maybe go check out a state or national park or something? I like being out in the wild:) Ive always really wanted to go cave diving:)
