hmm... a little about me? I am a slap n tap guitarist, free thinker, kombucha brewin man who LOVES to cook, exercise, and sleep right. I am a huge proponent of the Paleo Diet, and in my free time over the last couple of years I have spent it reading and learning just how our bodies work and what food is best for them for optimal nutrition. I love talking about how our bodies work, what I've learned and educating people but I tread very carefully and only tell people things when it seems like they're interested. Alot of people are just content eating mcdonalds and grains every day 3x day and hey, if thats what you like then thats ok with me:) Everyone is on a different life path and I think thats pretty neat:)
I recently drank Ayahuasca for my third time(while i was traveling abroad) and went through a SERIOUS ego death experience. I watched as 27 years of sadness and pain just released from my body like sailors with buckets bailing water out of a ship. It was an incredibly beautiful experience and I am so forever grateful for it. It really opened me up to who I was and some very VERY bad behavioral patterns that I possessed. It truly changed my life and helped me grow as a person tremendously.
My definition of self has to be the biggest thing that has changed the with my personal exploration of psychedelics(mainly ayahuasca.) Being able to look through new glasses at the way I behave and the way I act and make changes to better suit the wishes of my SELF instead of the NEEDS of my EGO is such a wonderful feeling. Almost like being given a second chance on life :D
Some of my role models would have to be Graham Hancock, Joe Rogan, Andy Mckee, Ben Lapps, and Jon Gomm. Graham Hancock is by far one of the best examples I think I have ever heard of, of a human being. I could seriously listen to this man talk for hours. He has such a fatherly loving energy to him that I just love. Joe Rogan is one smart mother ****er and he loves to whoop the sh*tout of people with KNOWLEDGE. His latest stand up comedy is on youtube, and if you haven't seen it yet, I suggest watching it:) Youtube - Joe Rogan : Live at the Tabernacle.
In 5 years, where do I TRULY want to see myself? Honestly? I would love to have children being brought up in a very loving and functional family:) Before my ayahuasca experience I was TERRIFIED to have kids, but afterwards all I could do was BE around kids. They have such an incredibly pure energy to them. My fear of having children before my experience was mainly due to not feeling whole and content with who I am which I think is definitely an understandable fear that some people have. But afterwards all I could think about as far as having children was "how could you be scared of that? Something is coming into this world that just wants to LOVE the sh*tout of you!" I want to teach my kids how to play guitar someday.
If you want to check out the incredibly relaxing kind of guitar style that I play please check out my channel:) Don't forget to subscribe if you like it! I just finally got my guitar converted over to an electric acoustic so that I can do digital in recording sessions! So awesome.
