ATTENTION: If you don't read the profile please courteously refrain from emailing me. I cannot stand even the greatest person calling me pet names! If you are not a Christian (reguardless of how wonderful you are) I will not be interested. I value a man that regularly attends church. If you say you are a Christian and cuss like a sailor or are thinking that I am going to sleep with you, you have found the wrong girl. I know that this is not very 'welcome' on a profile...makes me sound like a downer. I am NOT. I have been here for a great amount of time and the above is pretty much all I have encountered...with less than a handful of exceptions.
Thanks for any interest...and taking time to actually read...
I am searching for an intelligent, kind, hardworking man...the kind who doesn't go through a new job each year...or more. I am a people person. Friends and more so; family, are very important to me and help define who and what I am in life. I am a very proud mama. My son is my world..and he is really a good little boy. I am a Christain and would only like to date a sincere Christian man. I have all too often been seen as a goody two shoes upon first impression but in no time the impressioned laugh at their hasty judgements. I have a definate class clown appeal but am equally serious when appropriate. I am a free spirit only restrained by morals and my faith. I am by far not perfect and fail often..but I fail well. I would consider cooking a hobby as well as a talent. I am for the most part a girlie girl but absolutely enjoy being 'one of the guys' from time to time. While not given the opportunity often enough I love adventure...I try and do something different constantly...maybe that is why I love motherhood so much. I shake it up and he does too. He is full of surprises and I spend my quiet moments ..like driving trying to think of something fun that we havn't done yet. I love art but am not good at it..but it creates a lot of laughs...I even doodle on the dry erease board at my no fun allowed job during my breaks. I get a lot of laughs...followed by a 'don't quit your day job' warning. I am more motherly and mature than childish..but I strive to make the best of every situation. I took candy land to the doctors office last week! I am looking for a man to fit into our fun, free spirited, responsible, Christian, loving lives. If this is you contact me and we will chat.
P.S...only because this has been my experience...I will not respond to you if you call me sweetie, honey, baby, sexy, cutie...pet names for a stranger?-RED FLAG!!!
Also, I am an upbeat person and need someone that is already happy...depression IS contageous! If you are not already happy I cannot fix that for you...it could only bring me down. I know life can be tough...but your joy cannot depend on other people. With ALL due respect do not contact me IF... you are not a Christian, you are old enough to be my dad or have children close to my age, have no life already...(many lives are lacking, but when asked what do you do for fun...saying nothing, I have no life is repelling...I don't want that!-I want to share joy and fun...not give you all mine...lol. If you are unsure if your within these guide lines you may save me to fav's if you would like and if I have any interest I will reply. I am good about replying with the emails. If given a phone number I will only call after much communication but email is still preferable due to the need to allocate time for phone conversation...and usually when I am able to talk..many people are already sleeping..SO...if you email me I will respond. Thank You! Happy Fishing!
I love change. I can think of a million good things to do on a first date. I can think of a terrible typical first date. The movies is so traditional. I love the movies but they leave little to NO room to actually get to know who you are with. I DO love the quick coffee. The zoo...I have a membership! I love museums, parks, and even the little art shops where you can paint during a date. I love fishing, hiking (at the zoo), rolling down the big hill at the zoo, (I can't help but love the zoo!), I love more artful things such as concerts and plays but that does make a terrible first date. I love tapas and wine, I don't think a fancy dinner for a first date is best. While not completely unwarranted, it seems to add pressure and akwardness to someone you are just meeting. Romance for strangers!? Save that for later. I wanna know if you can make me smile, laugh, are you considerate, kind, patient, accepting, courteous, mannered, moral, FUN... I would probably be just as happy digging for earth worms on a first date as going to Red Lobster later on. Only a good date can make the simple fun and I am looking for a good date. SOooooooooo if interested and if you meet the description ...type away.
