Aren't these internet self-summaries fun? Ok, here's mine. I always shudder a little when writing these... to be sincere or humorous? I guess I'll opt for the more non-entertaining version. That way, if we start communicating, you'll be pleased with how funny and witty am I!
Moved ITP a year ago, EAV/Grant Park area, and love the in-town living. There's ALWAYS something fun to do here and the list of great eateries is endless!
I don't do ALL of these things everyday, but a few things I like doing are rock climbing, white water rafting, canoeing, basketball, frisbee, jet skiing/slalom water skiing/snow skiing, hiking, biking, tennis, and boating. Aside from all the sweaty fun, I enjoy cultural diversity; museums, art, photography, billiards, ethnic food (with some reserve), dance (Loca Luna) and I'm particularly fond of good blues music. O_o On occasion, my dragon slaying and bug removal skills are called into action. I truly enjoy finding humor or irony in everyday life. Although as I write this, I remember I'm trying to be UN-funny. I think it's working.
Self-expression and art is extremely important to me, and I have a venue through which I'm able to capitalize on the artist side of me. Luckily for me, and a concert hall full of others, I love my job. But it doesn't stop there. My previous lifetime was spent in fine dining, having worked under 2 different chefs, both members of the Chaines de Rotisseurs, the most elite and talented chefs/restauranteurs organization in the world. Point being, the grub is usually pretty darn good at my place. ;-)
I'm hoping to find someone to spend quality time with, enjoy taking in from the many good food establishments Atlanta offers (i do enjoy indulging in others culinary delights) and take in some sights or other fun in between. If something develops, all the better, let's just enjoy today because that's really all we have.
"Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather, to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming, "WOW, What a Ride!!" (Hunter S. Thompson)
What we do isn't as important as who we're doing it with.
Enjoying the company is the objective. Where that happens is usually insignificant. But I'm always open to a friendly game of pool or frisbee, or a hike in the mountains, in case that strikes you as a good first date.
