I was just described by my friends ex-girlfriend as a "loveable hippie type", very nice if i do say so myself...
ALSO- been getting into fishing (and not just like i'm "fishing" on this site either, i mean actual fish)... can hippies fish?? ...oh, i think so!!!!
first off, i'm not a harmful fish, i don't harm anyone.
i just float around spreading kindness and radiating love unless threatened, and then i'd be more likely to just swim the other direction preferring a life of non-violence with the exception of the protection of the innocent, when i may be forced into some kind of action. i just got into a large discussion about the use of violence, even for protection. we need to guard our thoughts because as long as you're in the vibration of violence, you will only attract violence to yourself. its the same for love and if you love yourself and consciously radiate love then that is a sure way to attract someone who loves you.
also i'm practicing selfless service and unconditional love/giving.
i made a Buddhist mp3 CD so i can recite the mantras.
i committed the the OM MANI mantra and the GAYARTI MANTRA to memory so far and i love to do SHOMYO.
also i like to write and i believe it shows a very positive side to me.

I wear socks and sandals sometimes, but they are closed toe sandals if that helps you accept this. they really don't look bad at all and i would rather wear socks and sandals than be bare foot most of the time. i'm going for comfort here, not fashion. this should say to you: "ah... here is a man that is not swayed easily by public opinion and thinks for himself" or something to that effect.
also i'm leaning towards a pretty severe infatuation (remember that one? INFATUATION by Rod Stewart) with music from the 80's and the hippie era stuff too so that would be a good area of common ground if you were so inclined. i love karaoke and my song is usually something by led zeppelin or "like a virgin" by madonna.

i'm a very non-religious, conspriacy aware, spirtually active source seeker. i'm taurus, the protector. in the chinese zodiac i'm a wood tiger. there is a chinese saying that says something to the effect that if you have a tiger in your house you are considered safe.
i also am an avid reader. i'm into photography and had my THIRD showing at the RIVERSIDE PERK in sept. '11. and in other news, just took my show down june '13 at murillo gallery here in town. 63 pieces, all drawings and mainly in pen although some pencil work as well as colored pencil.
sometimes i get really passionate about things(can you tell?) and i come off smelling just like an a-hole but i'm not. i'm pretty much a softy. i'm a lover not a fighter. don't believe me? look at my past record: i've not been in ONE fight in my entire life, excluding sibling rivalrys in the past. i'm a total lover, i'm a taurus look it up. i can be emotional but never out of control.
i really wish i had a girl with me so that if i was at a sad movie i'd feel ok to cry on her shoulder. i'm always learning to be peaceful, show gratitude and see the beauty and perfection in all things and expressing and practicing radiating love always. i love animals and my nephew and niece are the greatest kids on the earth, at least i think that!
