About Me
I would say I'm a down-to-earth, easy-going, 'strong and sensitive' type, with a little bit of a hopeless-romantic streak underneath it all. Very committed to my work/career (health research) but I also consider it a healthy passion. Unfortunately, it also forces me to be a bit nerdy about things! (The Big Bang Theory cracks me up!). I'm pretty easy to talk to, so a nice chat anytime over beverages would pretty much make my day!
I'm a bit of a sports junkie, but not overly fanatical though. My favorite sports are hockey (of course), soccer, tennis, and golf. I play them, watch them on TV, and have PS3 games too! Such wonderful distractions to "real" life..
I feel quite privileged to live in Toronto and be able to enjoy all that the city has to offer (yes, this includes artsy things and shopping ;)). I'll also admit to having a soft spot for theatre (but let's keep that between you and me, ok?)
