About Me
I'm a pretty quiet guy who tends to live in my head and think way too much. I'm not shy, I'm just not that good at starting conversation, but once the conversation is started I might never shut up depending on the topic. I've always been an extremely creative and curious person, who just likes to sit back observe, take it all in and try to figure it all out. I appreciate the smaller things in life, such as family, friends, nature, good conversation, perhaps my other half one day, don't really need much more than that to be happy. I'm a confident person for the most part, with a very strong belief in myself. I've never been very social, but have very social friends so I'm always forced into socializing, which really helps me alot. I'm not really on here looking to go on a bunch of mismatched dates, I'd rather just take my time and find the one that's perfect for me, someone with alot of character and depth to them, who can admire and appreciate all the simple things in life, such as nature and good company. Someone intelligent, but not necessarily book smart, but more of a naturally creative deep thinker kind of way. Someone who's confident and happy with who they are, who's also open-minded and not bothered by small trivial things. Someone who can find enjoyment in simple things, who just likes to laugh and not take life too seriously. The two most important things I look for is honestly and faithfulness, really just someone who I can feel an instant connection with.
I have very old fashioned morals and values, but also have a very wild side. I'm very open-minded and completely non-judgemental, we spend too much time judging and criticizing other people, never stopping to evaluate our own flaws. I'm a very determined person, also a real good listener and I'm told I'm extremely patient. I'm told that I'm indecisive and don't like change, I would have to agree with that for the most part, in some situations I don't like change, but at the same time I get very bored with routine. I'm very easy to get along with and I'm completely drama free, also very peaceful but have no problem getting aggressive if needed. I have a very mature mind with an old soul, but also very goofy and young at heart. I don't get offended very easily and it takes a hell of alot to get me angry or upset. I'm a very laid back relaxed person, but filled with tons of energy with no real outlet to release it. Society would probably consider me weird, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
I'm always examining myself and trying to overcome any negative aspects or demons that I may have, which can be near impossible at times, because of this I'm constantly changing and constantly learning new things about myself. I'm at the point in my life where I've come to be able to look at everything in a positive light. Even though I'm a happy positive guy, underneath it all I suffer from quite a bit of depression, I just don't let it bother me and keep me down. I believe there is a good purpose behind every bad thing that happens, a lesson to be learned, sometimes we just have to look really hard to find it.
I may look real serious in my pics, but in person I'm actually very goofy and try to laugh as much as I possibly can, it's very rare that your catch me being serious, although I do have my serious moments, just not very often.
I smoke cigarettes off and on, just trying to quit for good. Just started pushing myself to get healthy again, as I haven't been living all that healthy the last couple years.
