Adventurous, a bit silly sometimes, sincere. My passions are wild musics from all sorts of countries, reading, meeting new people and seeing new places. Favourites so far, the north of Skye, central Brittany, Regensberg, the Badlands and New England in October.
I moved here a while ago for a marriage that didn't work out. Don't have anywhere else in particular to go, so I've stayed. Decent job, nice flat, all I need now is a few more friends.
Kindness is a must. Compassion, empathy, intelligence and a lively sense of humour a plus.

Changed the setting to "Do not want children" because I've reached the age where having my own is no longer realistic. If you have kids already, please don't be put off by that. It's just the least inaccurate of the options available. Maybe they could add one that says "No longer applicable". %-)

First Date
Any place that's conducive to good conversation -- coffee shop in winter, stroll on the beach in summer. Other ideas very welcome. There's something really special about being introduced to a great place that I've never been to.
