That communication and spending time together and having quality time alone are important. Sometimes relationships come to an end, that the prayers you sent up have been answered and now it's time to move on. A good relationship must have a strong emotional foundation built on trust & the sharing of common interests. Also that sometimes disagreements are inevitable as it brings reality to the forefront, then for the relationship to grow, it's important to reach a compromise and to learn from the experience together. Making up can be fun. If your last relationship has left you with a scar, remember there is something beautiful about all scars of whatever nature. A scar means the hurt is over, the wound is closed and healed, done with. It is now time to move on, let the healing process begin... I enjoy being with people, laughing & using humour, travelling, & just living life to the fullest. Making sure that whomever you're with, you're compatible. Having the chemistry right from the start & respecting boundaries. Family & friends are very important, just as having a good wellness plan, my grandchildren are very close to my heart. Knowing your happiness is essential and in return I am happy, working towards finding what makes you tick is important to me, the relationship is my highest priority, for without it, there is no "us."
Describe your perfect day:
Waking up and knowing that everyday is a gift & taking each day one-day-at-a-time, while helping others & always keeping busy. In a relationship, it is important to spend quality time together and as the day unfolds, to attend to the daily activities of everyday life, whether it is school, work or play. Sometimes it's good just to relax and have a quiet day together & ponder why or what took us so long to find one another...
One final thing I'd like to mention...
I've travelled throughout the US & Canada, worked underground as an miner (long-hole driller & explosives handler), worked in diversified careers including; housing, construction, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, finishing carpentry & as a handyman, Internet Provider, computer sales & repairs. I was a strong political advocate as a Chief for over 8 years & as an Administrator for a few. I speak for those who will not or cannot speak for themselves, namely children, abused women & elders. I am also a cartoonist. I enjoy meeting people & making new friends. I am down-to-earth & never think too highly of myself, that way when I fall, I don't have so far to be humbled. Besides my philosophy is; there are two ways to look at life and the world. We can see the good or the bad, the beautiful or the ugly. Both are there, and what we focus on and choose to see is what brings us feelings of joy or feelings of despair. I choose joy...
