About Me
I'm a Viking with red hair and pale blue eyes. When I’m not piloting my longboat up some channel and laying siege to someone’s towers, I can usually be found reading a book at a coffee house somewhere. I'm somewhat amusing and a little weird, though I'm not quite as strange as I used to be. I’ve been told that I have a great sense of humor (tending towards the clever and eclectic). My interests are: punk rock, SF aka science fiction, computers, science, big brains, interesting people, restaurants, drinking tea, general weirdness. Things I have done in the past include: attended SF conventions, collected comics, Co-owed a punk rock club, played in 3 bands, wrote for a music newspaper with a circulation of 15,000, hosted a regular hour long show on a pirate radio station, opened for the Butthole Surfers when Gibby Haynes pulled me up on stage and said "Just keep talking.", ran around in my underwear in a crowded theater (see above), fixed cars, built a blood-spitting chainsaw, worked on films and videos, ran my own computer business, drove 130 MPH through Alabama, joined the church of the Subgenius, performed 2 marriages as an ordained minister. Ok, here's another kind of weird thing about me, I don't lie. Ever. About anything. Most people take for granted that there are certain times where it is appropriate to lie. I don't.
