I do my best to be a good person, and prefer to surround myself with those that do the same… We all know it is so difficult to write about oneself? We all want to be good people, right? At least I hope so. It seems awkward to flaunt those traits I am proud of. Maybe I will try something different and share random facts about myself, including those that could use improvement. Afterall, if we aren’t working on being the best we can be, then what are we doing?
I am a bit impulsive
I am a bit impatient
Sometimes I drink too much coffee or green tea and will talk, and maybe ramble a bit
I am a lover not a fighter
I pick up litter, I recycle and buy recycled as much as I reasonably can – concerned with the environment and look to see the beauty in everything around me
I am a good listener (yes, contrary to the coffee/tea rambling comment above)
I am not judgmental, (unless you are a litterbug or are intolerant...or judgmental )
I drink out of the carton
I am a creative artsy person who dabbles in this and that to keep the right side of my brain stimulated
I like to run, backpack, hike, pretty much anything that involves the outdoors. A sunny day is a good day, although a nice run in the rain has its appeal
I like to dance with my eyes closed
I am adventuresome and will try MOST things
Almost always the optimist, but have my moments –thank goodness for good friends to remind me to find the humor in life - I truly value friendship and wouldn't trade it for the world (unless of course I could save the world by doing so, then I would have to consider it
Occasionally somewhat intelligent and can be quite witty
Sometimes I can be inappropriate, although not at important dinner and office functions (at least not that I can recall – no seriously, not in a very long time – at least I think I have killed off any witnesses)
I hope to share my life with someone who is full of energy, honest, kind to strangers, confident, who can be spontaneous but knows when a plan is necessary, who is thoughtful about the planet we live on, likes perfume and lip-gloss (no, not on you, on me), an appreciation of my humor wouldn't hurt…and of course, mutual ‘chemistry’ is a must!
I have so much more to share so if you are interested, let me know.
