About Me
Hello.
I'm Ally, I'm 36 and I stay in the West End of Glasgow.
I enjoy sports, music, socialising with my friends, stand up comedy, reading and going to the cinema. I also have a mild addiction to pub quizzes which I tend to take far too seriously and in particular film/tv type trivia (I suspect I may well be a geek at times, I'm not sure)
At the moment I'm in the middle of an Open Uni degree in psychology in an attempt to do something with my life with the intention of eventually moving into some type of therapy. It's taking time but worth it I reckon.
I'd describe myself as friendly, honest, trusting and having a fairly decent sense of humour, which i kinda hope my friends woul back me up on,
Music wise I enjoy most types though I do tend to go for classic rock over any others. Foo Fighters, RHCP, Focus, Ben Folds, Led Zep, Nirvana and Beatles is a guide to the sort of thing I like.
I also find that I have an undeniable distaste for any kind of reality show, though as with many of my thoughts and feelings i am more than willing to go against that and sell out my principles if I meet someone who does like them.
Been on these things long enough to know that alot of guys on here are fakes and players who only come on for a quick and easy way to hook up. I'm not like that, genuinely want to meet someone, if it's short term then thats fine, but if it's long term all the better.

First Date
Ideal first date could be many things, dinner and a movie is always a good one, you get to chat and relax beforehand and if all is going well then sitting next to someone you like is always good. Ten pin bowling also works, good way to get to know someone.
