About Me
hiya! i'm fairly new to the area,and i'm looking to find some people to bum around with and do something. i like to play guitar (4 years). i am interested in starting a band that plays original music (blues/rock/hard rock/punk etc), or people to jam with sometime. i have traveled to a few different countries around the world, and still want to see more(about 180 more to go). i hope to some day either build or buy a decent sized sail boat so i can do this. i can be sarcastic at times(see if you spot that in here), and have a love for things that are humorous. even though i don't watch a lot of tv, i will find time for: the simpsons, family guy, futurama, my name is earl, the mighty boosh, the IT crowd and supernatural.i have tried skydiving, and have done 14 jumps (8 of them were for AFF). unfortunately, i haven't continued with it, but would love to get into it again. i usually go to the sunny coast once a week,if i'm not off fishing somewhere else. i also go to ippy/briz/tbar regularly to visit family. i will also travel anywhere if it involves music/jamming, or acquireing more guitar gear.
i don't really know if i fit into what is deemed "main stream society". for me, anything that the majority of other people do, i usually don't bother with. that even goes for my travel destinations, if it's "touristy", i won't be there for long or at all. i enjoy a variety of music, which includes, but isn't limited to: iron maiden, GNR (with slash), VR, ACDC, led zep, wolfmother, sex pistols, offspring, run dmc, supertramp, bach. i despise cricket, AFL and rugby league, for the following reasons : (1)dogs and f@99ots are the only male things i know that like to chase balls. (2) only complete idiots like to stand around in the heat (3) only those with no talent, or basic motor skills, would find it fascinating to watch someone be able to hit a ball. (4) one guy, trying to push two guys heads, up three guys bung holes, isn't my form of entertainment. (5) jumping in the air and prancing around like a fairy is, well, it's for fairies.(6) the only real football is known as soccer in this country
i am actually looking for a friendship first sort of relationship. if i can't be your friend, don't expect me to be your lover. but, just coz we are friends, doesn't mean i necessarily want you as my lover either. if things go further then that's great, if they don't, then it doesn't matter either way, atleast i made a new friend. i'm just tired of being bored. you don't have to be able to play a musical instrument either. if you're just looking for someone to hang flex with also, that'd be cool. i like to see live music, go to movies etc. i like doing stuff, stuff is cool, i do it all the time. i don't have a job to go to as such, but i do have an income. it's something i would rather not discuss here, because it really isn't anyones business how i earn money, or how much it is. (you might just be a scab looking to take peoples cash anyway.and if it's the first thing you're concerned about, we definately won't get along) but, because of this, i am available to meet day or night. that probably makes me sound like a total freak. but, so be it. i have a pic, so you can check it against the wanted posters. even though i do smoke, i am trying to give up. so maybe that is something we can help each other with. i'm not usually someone who prattles on, but on these things, you have to try and sum up your whole life in less than a page, so someone will find you interesting.besides, let me elaborate in a way you girls will understand. if you had a clothing catalogue, that had no pictures, and a minimal description, would you buy anything?(actually, you probably would if you're a shop-a-holic)
also, if you are a devout christian or catholic etc, or are really into country music, THEN PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE. i am wiccan. no, i don't worship the entity you call satan. satan only exists in the christian pantheon of gods/demons, not in mine.it wasn't until around 1100A.D that this satan bloke was invented. around about the same time when you started burning wiccans at the stake. how convienient for you bunch of oppressive clowns.i have looked into christianity, and was even involved with the church. i have even read your bible cover to cover numerous times (probably something you haven't even done once), and have found it to contain nothing more than contradictions, propaganda, prejudice and lies. much like the people that go to church. so, if you're looking to reconvert me, i suggest you move on. infact, maybe you should do a little research, and find out just how many things you stole from pagans, to help your religion become popular(not to mention the genocide involved). i'm all for freedom of religion, it just doesn't mean you're free to annoy me with your fairy tales of oppression. as for country music, it just bores me to tears and gives me a head ache. as a guitarist, i may study some of the techniques, but it won't mean i like the style of music.
if you wish to contact me for something other than starting a band, i.e you wish to have a relationship etc, then i am mainly interested in women shorter than me(for friendship only i don't care about any of this), with slim/athletic/average bodies (size 10 or smaller) and preferably small breasts (ie. not DD, more than a handfull is a waste). i couldn't care less if you were white, black, brown or orange with purple stripes, and are from ages 18 to 45-ish. kids are o.k. aslong as your kids are o.k., o.k !? if you're "geeky" or a tradie chick, i'll think you're hot.
a few things to take note of:
(1)if your life revolves around the t.v guide
(2)are emphatically engrossed by "big brother" or similar other "(non)reality t.v shows"
(3)think a good night out is sitting infront of a pokie machine
(4)prefer metrosexual males
(5)are high maintenance
(6)your profile has less than two lines and no interests stated (especially if all it says is "lots")
(7)require a dictionary for most of the words i have put here
(8)have no desire to explore/travel outside the safety of your city limits
(9)are married/in a relationship and looking for a bit of "extra attention"
(10)have a profile that sounds like it was written by a retarded monkey on crack. or is full of nothing but "cool" quotes. or because you copy rap artists, you believe you're cool.
(11)think i really care if you don't like me, and intend on emailing me your dolly/cleo fueled psychobabble to "set me straight"
then it's best you move on and look at someone else. i'm pretty easy going, but there are just some things/people that DO NOT interest me in the slightest. the inabilty to be original being number one on my list.

hhhmmm, well, considering i'm not actually looking to do the dateing thing, rather more of just "see if we can get along" sort of thing. i would have to say probably meet for coffee or something somewhere. then maybe (if you play an instrument) we could cruise music stores, drooling over the gear we can't afford. or (if your not musical) find something we are both interested in doing for a few hours, like taking a walk along the river or something. depends on the person and interests. i don't have a "set formulae" for meeting people. why don't you suggest something? how's that for "new and refreshing"?? yeah, that's right, you want equal rights, here's your chance. take charge and surprise me.
