Hey... tks for checkin' out my profile. Have fun! :P
First off, I'm definitely one of those girls that can hang with the boys, make stupid jokes and enjoy watching the game... however, I do love getting dressed up for a fun night out or even just to hang at the pub down the street.
You'll usually find me hangin' out with family, procrastinating whatever assignment I'm currently working on for school (I am a history major at the U of Guelph), listening to music, gaming (yes, I play WoW and am addicted to watching Yogscast on youtube), watching a movie or some random episode of a show that I am currently addicted to (such as BSG, Buffy, Always Sunny, Supernatual, The Office.... ).
I'm a bit of a nerd: I love learning, I read comics, and I'll ramble on about an historical event, what comic I'm reading, or a random song/movie until you stop me. I'm a passionate person (and enjoy that trait in others) and have many plans for the future, such as travel and finding a job that I love to do (thinking about teacher's college or law school), but I'm also game for just sitting at home for a week with a movie-a-thon.
I'm not materalistic, or stuck up -I'm just a girl who's trying to get through life and have some fun along the way. I'm curvey, so hopefully you're not looking for some teeny Barbie; however I do like to be active, whether that be lifting weights, swimming, playing rugby, or just throwing around a football in the backyard.
My confession? I have a weakness for leather jackets and dimples, but if you have neither do not fret my dear boy, I have many other weaknesses ;)
Musical interests usually revolve around classic rock but I'm a huge music junky and enjoy pretty much anything (as long as it isn't super-duper twangy country.. sorry, can't do it)! Some faves include: Zeppelin, Tool, NIN, Sloan, Juliette and the Licks, The Sounds, The Killers, Marilyn Manson, The Guess Who, Blood Sweat and Tears, Dead Weather, Save Ferris, The Beatles, The Doors, Pink Floyd, Eminem, Bob Dylan, Janis Joplin...

hmmm..... that kind of depends on the person. I would usually insist on something semi-coffee shop, but I know, 'it's been done.'
First dates are always awkward, and to be honest, I sort of hate them :P They don't always have to be full of candle-lit dinners and flowers -its about hanging out and seeing if you can stand to be around a person for more than an hour ;) Slushie runs and record stores are always a fun first!
