About me
Believe it or not, I lead two lives! In one, I am a Fashion Stylist and in another I am a professional problem solver (think Microsoft, Google, NASA). Life sometimes has a weird way of unraveling itself. I guess that is how Fashion happened in my life. I love the creative aspect of this industry, rush of blood before the show, the stunning images, the act, the freedom of expression, the stitches, the colors, the patterns, the lights, the luxuries and the larger than life people!! :-)
I like pushing the limits sometimes, trying things that would considered out of ordinary. Result – Signed up for a 9 mile urbanathlon this Oct in Chicago. Now, even though I often take part in athletic endeavors, I was never a runner. Running a mile was difficult. May be unconsciously, I wanted to prove myself wrong and see how far I can go, or maybe it was pure peer pressure (4 of my friends from work signed up for the race with me) that made me commit. Whatever it is, I am glad I signed up. Life is no fun without some adventure, don’t you think so? :)
Who I am looking for
I like people who have brains, humor and wit, spunk, self-confidence (not narcissism), resilience, strength of character, a willingness to learn and be taught (humility), those who have been through some stuff in life and pushed through it. At the end of the day, I am hoping to meet a girl who is sweet n’ cute in her own way, smart but at the same time silly n’ goofy to some extent, thinks Zach Galifianakis is funny, has a sense of humor and adventurous.
