About Me
Hey hey...I'm a busy professional chef residing in the downtown core of Toronto. My food is primarily French, with strong New American influences, with a tad of Northern Italian.
I'm pretty much married to my work, which in turn, does not allow me to have much of an active social life. So it's somewhat of a challenge to meet and date people, being so involved in my craft.
My interests include food, cinema, art and design. I live for minimalism, primarily in furniture and design, I have quite a love affair with danish teak and alot of early art deco.
I am borderline obsessive compulsive, a gene I inherited from my father, which I attribute to a large portion of my life. So in simple terms, I'm what most people describe as a 'neat freak'.Ironically, I quite enjoy this line of thinking, and through the process instill it into my food, home and life.
I hate listing of all the music I like, because quite frankly, I'm all over the map.
I will say, my favorite band is The Strokes and always will be. I also love jazz, techno, house, jungle, early hip hop and almost anything by Bob Dylan.
I've dated a fair amount of people in my time, some relationships long, some short. I guess what I'm looking for is to date someone who shares the same outlook on life, and enjoys similar interests. I would like to eventually have a relationship with someone, however that like all good things in life, requires a fair amount time and effort.
