Here it is... ME!!
I commute to a career I enjoy everyday... the job, NOT the commute.
I have no patience to watch television, yet I will take time to read a good book (mostly non-fiction).
Although I have a degree, I find it truly fascinating I'm not working in my field of study. Odd how that happens.
I am non-materialistic, witty and honest. I like to see the positive in all around me.
Last but not least, my freckles make me look cute! I guess we'll have to meet so you can see for yourself.
Life is an adventure... sometimes best experienced with childlike abandon
What I am looking for: My happily ever after. I haven't given up yet. There has to be a true gentleman out there who will treat me with the same amount of respect I will treat him. An equal, a partner through this game called life. Someone to laugh with, someone to cry with, someone to be silly with. A person who will be my rock when I need him to be and I will do the same for you. An individual who is secure in themselves, knows when to be serious and when to let it go. A person I can make a home with (in time), possibly have more children, build a life with and grow old with. My best friend. I know you are out there... somewhere!

In 2006 a popular speaker started off his lecture by holding up a $20 bill. In the room teeming with people, he asked, "Who would like this $20 bill?" Hands started going up. He said, "I am going to give this $20 to one of you - but first, let me do this."
He proceeded to crumple the 20 dollar note up. He then asked, "Who now wants is?" Still the hands were up in the air.
"Well," he continued, "what if I do this?" He dropped it on the floor and started to grind it into the floor with his shoe. He picked it up, now crumpled and dirty. "Now, who still wants it?" Still the hands went into the air.
"My friends, you have all learned a very valuable lesson. No matter what I did to the money, you still wanted it because it did not decrease in value. It was still worth $20. Many times in our lives we are dropped, crumpled, and ground into the dirt by the decisions we make and the circumstances that come our way. We feel as though we are worthless; but no matter what happened or will happen, you will never lose your value.
Dirty or clean, crumpled or finely creased, you are still priceless to those who love you. The worth of our lives comes, not in what we do or who we know, but by....Who We Are.
Just reminding you that you and everyone else is special, unique and has value that no one else has."
