I like strong black coffee and the morning newspaper at my favorite cafe. I enjoy garage and auction sales. I consider myself to be a life-long learner and hope I never lose the desire to explore, create and discover.I love the ocean, my inlet, amazing sunsets, the sound of rain, cloudbursts, lightning, thunderstorms on a dark night...Just great cuddling occasions ;o)...Love sleeping in on a Sunday morning...
I like 50's, 60's, 70's rock,and boogie and pop, like Blues, Country and Jazz... Classical music. I attend live concerts and live theater...Love local cultural events!
I enjoy volunteering with young adults that are at risk in life...It's working with those less fortunate, that make me feel really grateful for my life and helps maintain a young spirit.

I was born in Nova Scotia, brought up in Montreal, and lived in Calgary for several years. Traveled to many countries in the Caribbean, Europe and visited most provinces in Canada and many states in the USA...also spent time in the UK and Italy....
Love to share a "Cruise" as I have never been on a big ocean liner. I did sail on a 3 mast schooner thru the Caribbean years back. I think I would also enjoy a 4 or 5 star all inclusive, have never tried one and it kind of interests me...Maybe in Cuba or Mexico...I also love to meet the locals and learn some of their culture.
I really enjoy my life and enjoy what Vancouver and the West Coast in general has to offer.
Spiritual in nature but believe in a creator that I choose to call God... The games and materialistic trap of life are far behind me. I am a longtime friend of Bill W.

First Date
First 'meeting' could be for a quick coffee at a local cafe or a walk along the seawall...
Our first 'date' will be a surprise that could include a romantic meal in a small ethnic restaurant on Commercial Drive, a trip for 2 to Paris, long weekend in NYC, possible a weekend in Whistler, but, after I woke up from my dream, more than likely, a delightful yummy meal and a good movie, and then a sunset walk along the Seawall..... ;o)
