About Me
Oh the dreaded self-summery…a necessary evil on dating sites.
I just moved to the area after a 16 year stint in NYC. While there were lots of thing I loved about the city, I was getting to the point where I felt I needed a change. When a job in my dream industry became available, I applied for it, one thing lead to another and here I am! Ready for the next chapter in my life!
I am really looking forward to exploring the area and seeing all it has to offer. I am interested in lots of different things from checking out cool restaurants to hiking trails, and everything in between. Ok, maybe not everything…you won’t find me jumping out of a plane anytime soon. If that’s something you want to do, you should go for it. I’ll be waiting on the ground with the camera.
I have been feeling a little conflicted about baseball season this year. Here is my issue. I am all for the hometown team. I believe that you should support where you are. However[b/]…I did just[i/] move here from NYC…where…yikes…I have to say it…even though there is a good chance I will alienate many of you…I was a Yankee fan. There you can choose between 2 hometown teams, the Yankees or the Mets. And well…it’s a lot less painful to cheer for a team that wins every now and then. So, by my own hometown theory, I should be a Sox fan. But that just doesn’t seem right to me. I think it would be an easier switch if I had moved to Denver and the Rockies would be my hometown team, but here I am. I am thinking maybe I need to get into Minor League Baseball and cheer for the Lowell Spinners. Any advice?
