About Me
I have done quite a lot of travelling in the past 5 years. I have been fortunate enough to step foot on all of the continents except Antarctica. I have had the privledge to live to study in Europe and teach highschool in Africa. Unfortunately with work my travelling has been reduced to a few weeks a year. Now I stick to camping, visiting the folks at the cabin, a music festival and maybe one good overseas trip in a good year. I have recently become a homeowner- so my priorities have changed slightly this year, but I am stoked to see what 2012 brings. With my best friend moving to Perth Australia I look forward to making a big trip there this fall, i was hoping to do Indonesia- but that is on hold for the time being. I play competitive squash so for training I mix it up with spin classes, yoga and soccer. Motorcycles are one of my major passions, I am hoping to spend some time at the track this summer, or up in the mountains riding the trails. I have a unique job that allows me alot of flexibility and fills my fridge with produce :) I love trying new sports, I recently learned how to ski and love hitting the slopes, but sadly haven't made it up this year! I am fairly laid back straight shooting person, I call things the way I see it.
As for tv shows: Big Bang Theory, The Office, An Idiot Abroad and Storage Wars are some of my favorites
Music: Dave Matthews, country, foo fighters, Black Keys, Dan Mangan are some of the artists i listen too
Some lil tid bits:
- I set my alarm 30 minutes early so I can hit snooze 3 times to make it feel like a sleep in
- I perfer to see many different places then to spend a long time in one place
- I am more of a dog person than cats, but love animals
- I love airplanes, and the anticipation of going somewhere
Dislikes:
Vancouver drivers or the Portman Bridge (I don't know what grinds my gears more)
Dweebs that wear Ed Hardy!
If you take yourself to seriously, and cannot joke around, you have to be able to laugh at yourself (once in a while)
I don't like playing games or drama, my highschool days are long gone
I am not a fan of double standards; thus the same rules apply for you, as would for the guys that message you. Please make it more worth my while to read, you can do better than one sentance- or a simple "hi"
