I don't want to spend too much time messaging back and forth, that's not how you get
to know someone and whether you like each other but I would hope to be talking on the phone

This is how I see things...sharing and enjoying the simple times together along with outdoor shows,
gigs,festivals,historical places/buildings,sun/sea n sand,the great outdoors,countryside,nature,
conservation and environmental issues.
I love being near to the sea and really want to move to the coast.
The expected dining out, staying in enjoying each others company with TV/music/late night
conversation & discussions.I'm also partial to looking around foody shops/charity shops
/antique shops/markets and supermarkets! I miss being part of a couple,the chit chat about
everything and anything,the mutual affection and kissing,holding hands,sitting cozy
together on the sofa...I'm sure you get the picture.
So to continue...I'm genuine,down to earth,very friendly,sociable,caring,
considerate,understanding,spiritual,loyal,sincere,reliable,straight talking but can be quiet too.
I have a lot of love to give am tactile and like to feel comfortable with
someone just doing the simple things in life, then the affection and chemistry can naturally
occur. I believe that the attraction and wanting to be with someone goes deep beyond the surface and
appearances. The lovely feeling that when you're apart you are in each others thoughts and heart

Comedians I like are Lee Evans,Rich Hall, Sean Locke,Jimmy Carr, Bill Bailey, Peter Kay,
Julian Clary to name a few.
I'll watch movies of all sorts and documentaries,60s & 70s classic sitcoms/movies/Carry On films
and what few music progs there might be.
Particularly like Dragons Den,Have I got news,Question Time,Mock The Week,The Sopranos,
Hairy Bikers,Columbo,Coast,James May,Frasier,Friends,Come Dine With Me,Not Going Out,
Grand Designs,Later with Jools Holland.
I own a Veedub campervan named 'Mauvy'... a play on the colour Mauve, so naturally
get along to VW shows. I do also have a more regular 2nd car.
I like to get out n about to Steam fairs/country shows, gigs and festivals,
American/custom car/Harleys/military vehicle shows, Drag Racing, Airshows, Art& Craft fairs,
don't mind galleries,museums...I love all things historical ie castles, ruins and relics,
churches, oldie villages, you name it... it will get my thumbs up!
My music is eclectic... Classic rock music over the decades,Indie,Punk,New Wave,C&W,Country rock,
some Jazz,Blues,Folk,Irish/Celtic,Rock n Roll,Rockabilly,Jive/Swing,Big Bands,Classical,World music,
Prog Rock,Electronic,Grunge.

After a few exchanges of email, then best to talk on the phone and from then arrange that first meeting.
A daytime or evening meet in a cosy pub which could be a Wetherspoons?, with drinks and some good
food or get along to a Starbucks and indulge in some fabulous coffee n cake mmmmm!
Go to a pub or music venue to see some live music?
Spend some time at a seafront promenade with ice cream/Coffee or some alcohol and take in all
that fabulous sea air and ambiance... any time of the year!
Quite open minded really but as long as you can hear each other talk and have some
stimulating conversation and get to know each other a whole lot better.
