About Me
I'm a single white male 41 years old, originally from and currently living in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. I have been a professional massage therapist for the last 14 years. Entering my 40's for me has been so far a sort of renewal for me, a second go at life. To be honest I have had a full and very satisfying life thus far and I have experienced many things people only dream about. So for those blessings I am eternally grateful. Now I am taking a new direction which will involve a lot of living abroad and discovering new lands, peoples and cultures doing all doing an activity which I love above all others except the joys of the intimacy of a loving relationship. I am a very passionate person in many aspects of life, esoteric at times, I'm very positive and outgoing. I get along well with others and am very social but like quiet times as well. I am a person who gets pleasure from giving pleasure and I'd like to find the same in a life partner. I also like to listen to all sorts of music and my tastes are ecclectic. I am in a very good period of my life and all that is missing is the right woman to share my life with.

One the main reasons is I'm definitely going to be leaving Montreal to go complete my Instructors certificate in Scuba Diving and working and living in the Caribbean. My goal is to move to the Caribean in the next 6 to 7 months to work as a scuba diving instructor. Ideally I'm looking for a woman who is a scuba diver and/or would like to be certified and/or wants to work in the tourism/service industry abroad in exotic locations. What I mean by that last sentence is although it would be great for my gf to be a diver its not a deal breaker as long as she realises my special bond with the sea and embraces it just as I would embrace things that are important in her life. My first stop would be in Roatan Honduras for a year or two but my longer term goal is to go to the far east (Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia). The thing about being a dive instructor is there are thousands of places where you can ply your trade and most of them are beautiful to live in.
One thing I've always been intested in is sustainable living and its always been a dream of mine to build my own environmentally sound and sustainable house. I've been very interested in the Earthship movement and would like to build a house in the Caribbean (or somewhere else) using their Haiti Earthship project as a model but with a few little refinenments. Someone who would be open to that sort of adventure would certainly be a good match for me.
I would like to eventually have a family but although I am 41 I want to wait a few years and enjoy being a couple before commiting to a family (Also to make sure that im with the right person to bring a child into the world). I'm also the kind of person that thinks that you can raise your children while your abroad and that parents should have a greater role in the education of their children. This is why ideally you should be between 25 and 35 and like being with an older, mature and refined man. Nothing against the number of lovely older ladys that have contacted me over the last year. That being said if you are a few years older than 35 (or younger then 25)and you feel that we would be a good match please don't let what I just said disuade you, I'm open to hear from anyone. I have also come to the conclusion that it might be possible that I won't father children and I can live with that as long as I have love and living an exiting and passionate life. I think I would probably compensate my need to nurture somewhat by doting on my nephew once he's old enough to be really appreciate it and be able to spend significant time with his uncle.
For me its not about money its about character. Living abroad takes a special kind of person who is open minded, adaptable, positive and loves adventure. My dream is to live a simple but comfortable life from being a scuba dive instructor and doing massage on the side as well. I also write and want to explore that further and be published. I also want to contribute to improving life and conditions in the communities where I will be living by volunteering my time as a teacher, a friend, a writer and a conservationist.
In Shakespeare's Hamlet ActI Scene 3, Polonius says to his son Laertes "This above all: To thine own self be true". Now I'm not quoting Shakespeare as a statement about my education but to make a point. Its a quote I've always loved and although I've always aspired to live up to it, I feel that I've fallen short by neglecting an aspect of my life that is very important but would seem by some as too "osé" to put in a profile. So for those who will say "Ah it was too good to be true" I apologise if I didn't fit the mold of the man you imagined, I am who I am. So to cut to the quick, I am also looking for a woman who is open to having a cuckold lifestyle relationship. Now I could go into definitions but there again I don't fit into all the stereotypes that exist out there about this sort of intimate lifestyle. There is ample information out there on the net if you are curious to find out more, some good, some bad and some downright ridiculous. First Date
Usually for a first date what I'm looking for is to get to know the person with whom I'm with so I don't want to do an activity that will distract me from the conversation. With that in mind I usually like to meet in a café or a quiet lounge.
