Aside from that I am looking for a man with a sense of humor, who has his own ideas, knows how to listen, and can assert his needs; a man who is passionate about his interests or life, has ideas for the future, likes to explore new stuff and is open to sharing and merging dreams / aspirations; a man who values healthy living, physical activity and likes to have fun.
I am rather rugged in my liking of outdoor activities and capabilities with tools.
Aside from work, I am interested in design, building, and work to having my living space feel as much outdoors as possible. I paint to a reasonable level of accomplishment so am surroundeded with my own work and that of fellow painters. I am passionate about growing stuff and love to muck around in the soil.
Much as I like things simple, we are complex beings. Learning new stuff from each other, our differentness keeps our brains sprouting.
I don't think anyone has ever described me as a couch potato. My own energy and interests attracts me to somewhat younger men but it really depends on the person, ie you.
I am rather sentimental and keep the spirits of my parents, grandparents, friends and mentors in my back pocket to call upon when needed.
An ability to risk operating on an emotional level is required as is flexibility and open-mindedness. A social consciousness is attractive to me.
