I've recently returned to Toronto after spending a year working in Korea. First Date
The whole point of a first date is to get to know each other better and establish if there's chemistry. I don't think it matters what you do as long as you give yourself a fair chance to get to know one another. Just grabbing a coffee or a meal can accomplish this.
