Hi! Well the first thing you need to know is that the love of my life are my dogs - my three Norfolk Terriers, Pepper, Smartie and Twiglets who are unruly, noisy and very cheeky - well they say animals take after their owners!!! I love going out for the day in the country, going on holiday in the uk, camping, walking and my dogs always come with me.
I have some very good friends, many of whom I've known since school or my teenage years. I really enjoy spending time with them and I think it's important to get on with each other's friends so social lives can be easily integrated.
I love spending time in the country, walking by rivers, around woods, exploring old ruins, sitting by waterfalls, visiting stone circles. I'm fascinated by ancient history, early Medieval stuff, Vikings etc. and enjoy the odd Medieval Fayre and visiting Re-enactment events.
I'm into all kinds of rock, metal, glam AOR, 80's rock etc, have lived and loved the rock scene since I was 13! I used to enjoy going to clubs, gigs, rock pubs, but probably less so these days but I still like guys with long hair! I also have a love of Vampires, Fantasy, Horror and all things weird and wonderful.
I'm pretty independent and easy going, I believe a relationship is built on trust and good communication. I have achieved a lot in my life, I'm very happy and I'm comfortable with myself so I am looking for an equal, a partner, an honest, open, intelligent professional who will compliment and enhance my life.
PLEASE READ - I joined here to meet professional people of similar interests, preferably people who love dogs, rock music, the countryside and where there is a mutual attraction. Please don't be offended if I don't reply to your first contact, it just means I don't think we are compatible.
That very much depends upon the other person and what similar interests they have. It's very difficult on here to judge physical attraction and whether there is any spark. It's kind of like reverse dating, in that you get to know someone before knowing whether you actually fancy them. So the first date is pretty much about how we "click" rather than the actual circumstances of what, where, when and how.
