About Me
I think i should establish off the bat that i'm not really a typical guy, in the sense that i don't fit the stereotype of someone who has a favorite sports team. Not that i don't like them, but i've just never been that into watching team sports. I'd much rather be out doing something fun, like snowboarding.
Also, i list what i'm looking for as "hang out" only because i'd like to get to know someone first before i jump into some kind of relationship with them. I mean, it only makes sense right? It seems kind of crazy to me that anyone would want to jump into a relationship with someone they don't really know. At the end of the day i am looking for a relationship but would rather get to know someone first before getting into anything too serious.
I'm really hoping to find someone compatible with my lifestyle. I'm somewhat of a spontaneous guy and am always looking for new interesting activities to do.
I try and get out to skateboard and snowboard as much as I can because i'm passionate about those things. I try and step out of my element sometimes to try other cool activities such as rock climbing, and skydiving.
I spent a good amount of time last year getting to some more obscure mountains in the interior such as revelstoke and was even fortunate enough to bring my snowboard with me to japan to do some riding over there (amazing powder there by the way, must've snowed at least a foot every night).
As for work, i'm pursuing my own business and am in school right now for that purpose.
I'd call myself somewhat a romantic as i'd prefer to find someone really compatible, and don't generally settle for a one nighters (although i'm not opposed to them), for the sake of the girl. I choose not to lead women on because they are attracted to me.
I also find that attraction is a lot more than just looks to me, i'd really like to meet someone that i am not only attracted to physically, but mentally as well. I've discovered that sometimes how a person thinks, or projects themselves with their mind can make or break how attracted i am to them. I like smart girls.
I enjoy most types of music and can play a couple instruments. Some more common musicians i enjoy are; Pearl Jam, Daft Punk, Sublime, Pink Floyd, Bob Marley to name a few... I also really like seeing talented smaller acts at more intimate venues such as the Commodore Ballroom (bands like John Buttler Trio, Slightly Stupid). I'm pretty into the skateboarding/snowboarding scene and enjoy going to events concerning those things like video premiers, and sample sales. Would love to/and am trying to find a career in the industry.
I'd call myself somewhat of a foodie as i enjoy trying all different types of restaurants, and exotic cuisine.
My favourite things in life are: Travelling, Board sports, Music, and Eating, if i could do these things for the rest of my life i think i'd be fine.... just need an awesome woman to share my experiences with.
I also enjoy stepping out at about 420 from time to time
I'm in the process of getting my life together....i have ideas and plans and i'm working at them, but i'm not fully into my career just yet.
