Hi everyone, Just wanted to share with you my story on Plentyoffish. In early 2007 my children were coaching me on how I should join PlentyofFish (wife died from cancer) and how it would be nice to go out and change my mind and maybe, just maybe meet someone nice to do things with. Finally agreed, met a few ladies who this day are still my friends, met a few who were not so ladies and were not my friend ever, lol; but I did meet this one lady, at the point when I was just about to give up. I had not checked my site for a few weeks, then on a Saturday decided to go back, just in case, and as I happenned to be on line, I got a message from this lady named Holly.
I read the message which was very short, answered her back right away, gave her my phone number (because what I had read on her profile, I had liked), got an answer back right away, and it said, I am from the old school; here is my number, you call me. And so I did, talked for a while (and all this time I do not have a clue what she looks like) and found interesting and so I said to myself; I am going to ask this lady out, and I do not care what she looks like, she sounds like a very decent person, so I will take her out, have a good enjoyable non-threatning dinner and evening no matter what the outcome is; that was July 1st, 2007, well I can tell you the outcome below, OK.

First Date
So, here is what happenned; I drove to her house and anxiously knocked on the door (she must be have been right behind, because the door opened pretty quick, lol and there she was a beautiful serene casually dress lady with a big smile, her name was (and still is) Holly.
First we went for a drive in the country side roads, then went for a nice dinner in a little town, saw the signs for fireworks, decided to watch the fireworks, and GUESS what, am still watching the fireworks today, lol.
Holly and I got married back in Dec. 28-07 with all of our 6 children in attendance and most of the 8 grandchildren. We rented a hotel very close to the reception area, put everybody for 2 days (and to this day, our children comment on how this was the best idea to spend some time together as some came from out west, some from northern Ontario, all over, so it was a really nice.
Holly was a nurse working in a local long term nursing home as a director of care and now has retired from that and is now working from home with me as owner of our own little business, having our own portal for flights and vacations/cruises, etc... and we enjoy working from home, getting paid to travel, earning a living from this and teaching others how to do it also; so, if any of you who would like travelling, making extra money, meeting super people, then communicate with us and we will help you out; at least share what we have and what we know, no obligations of any kind, would love to do it.
