I have an easy going nature, like to meet people and make new friends. Honesty, integrity and respect mean a lot to me and I look for the same in return.
My interests include dogs (and dog shows), reading, geocaching, playing guitar, concerts, hikes in the hills, long drives, sports (participating and watching), movies in at home with a bottle of wine and weekends away at a B & B. I also enjoy cooking too but it is more fun when two are bumping for room in the kitchen... I lead a healthy lifestyle, eating healthy and I'm on the treadmill lots or on my bike on the back roads and push the free weights around most days of the week as well.
My greatest passion is the dog rescue work I perform for the breed I love, Keeshonden. I've rescued and found homes for 32 dogs so far in the last 10 years and have developed a great network of people who have become good friends and partners in our rescue effort.... very satisfying.
I am gainfully and happily employed in my current profession as an HSE Supervisor/Transportation Auditor (Safety Guy) in the transportation logistics industry.
I'd be interested in meeting a woman with whom to share common (or uncommon)interests, friendship and more. You enjoy animals, especially dogs and are a non smoker and social drinker.
