HI, Well I guess I am doing the same thing you are doing, looking to make new friends and to take it one day at a time and see where and if it goes anywhere. I am a single Mum of 2 little boys. They Live with me all the time, so I have to plan when I go out, but I do go out often and I will make time for the right person. I beleive you have to do that in order to keep sane and also to give quality time and respect to the person you are going to be spend this time with. (That was tricky wording) Anyway I have returned from living in New York for 14 years and decided that Australia is the place to raise my kids and also be with my family. I am a hopeless romantic and will give you my heart if you are will to share yours. I love to spoil my partner. I love the feeling of being involved, the fuzziness when I think of him, the pang in my stomach when I hear his voice on the phone. I am over the club scene, although dont mind going when the mood is right. I love going out for coffee, although I work for a coffee company. Love dinners and am comfortable in McDonalds or the Windsor. PLease if you are a game player or looking just for sex please move on, as thats not what I am here for. I am an easy going person and will be a good friend if nothing else. As I mentioned I do have small children and I have to plan to go out, even for a coffee so if you are the spur of the moment kind of person, as much as I would like to be I cannot be. I will plan and go away for the weekend or for a nice evening out, but please be understanding and realise that I have to make sure my kids are being left in proper care. I love to laugh and am quite the prankster, but I know when to stop.
NOW THE UGLY BIT: Please if you contact me you have to have a pic, I have had a couple of people that have fooled me into beleiving they were someone , when in fact they were not. Also if you are married or seeing someone, please dont bother.
My first date, well let me see, I guess a coffee or drinks, depends on how long we would have been talking before we actually meet. A walk along the river, a stroll in the park, all just as good. First dates are awkward, as you are still feeling each other out and nervous, so how can anyone really describe the planning of a first date. I think this is where once you have made contact and have explained each others dislikes and likes, I would like my date to have made plans for the evening and for it to be a surprise, (just as long as it is not a night of S & M at the new S & M club, or a quick drive over the nearest Comfort Inn or listening to some band called "Eat My Razor" at the worst pub in melb, well anything along those lines,) LIke I said I am a Hopeless Romantic and I am also a lady, but I can also skateboard, ride a scooter, kick some butt at "Intencity the video game place or bowl you over at ten pin, although its been awhile since I have bowled anyone over" And lets not forget PLAYSTATION - CRASH BANDICOOT 2 lol, so a perfect first date could be everything (flowers, champagne etc) or a very simple walk with a diet coke. Its not about where you have the date, it is about who you are with and what you are doing. God do you think I have said enough???
