Not sure what "wants to date but nothing serious" means, exactly but to me "serious" means getting married and having babies. Don't get me wrong, I like babies and kids, but I have no illusions about motherhood at this age. I'd like to date and have fun---going to movies, eating out, taking in some local culture, all the stuff that makes getting to know someone enjoyable. Simply put I'm looking for a connection. My goal is to find a long term entanglement. But to get there you have to date and figure out if there's a spark.
What am I looking for? I am seeking an intelligent, somewhat emotionally mature, single man who enjoys the company of smart, warm and thoughtful woman who loves to laugh. I can be opinionated about topics I feel passionate about but am always open to hearing opposing ideas. In fact, I think meeting and talking to people who do not share the same opinion as I do can be challenging. And I like that. Suffice it to say, I really like the company of smart people.
