I have done some serious revamping of my life over the last few years. I am not a barbie doll, nor will I ever be. But I have been on the treadmill almost every day for over six months now and have come a long way baby. I completed my very first 5 K walkathon and felt very proud of myself. At the same time have been working on ME - and have had a busy productive year ( 2010) This year I hope to continue on that path with more improvements as the year progresses.
I do possess a wacky sense of humour so be prepared.........a normal conversation can easily turn into something else...........lol
I need complete honesty - total openness - not that I want to know all your secrets right away ...but if its something I should know about...bring it on!! My life has not been a bed of roses either. So called baggage is a badge of honour - remove the baggage and you deny your past - that of course is my personal opinion. However I try not to dwell on the past ...well not too much anyway. Deep hurts take time to heal properly - it takes kindness and understanding as well.
I am a lover not a fighter - I prefer to discuss things openly without anger if at all possible - if issues are talked about early enough there is usually no need for anger to be apart of it.
I am simply looking for butterflies!!
I live in Hamilton - on 'the mountain'....and I have officially become an empty nester and I am liking that!
