About Me
So I've decided to pick up and move my life from Canada to New Zealand for a year on a working holiday visa. I'll be based in Ohakune for October, and I'm looking to meet some friendly people. Nothing serious, just pretty much people to spend time out and about with in the wonderful city! So if you've ever wanted to get to know a Canadian, now is your chance! :)
A bit about me? I tend to enjoy myself when doing pretty much anything, whether it be a new experience or something I've done a hundred times. I'm very easy going that way. I love to travel, and am usually trying to figure out where I want to go next. I'll travel solo if nobody else is available, I just love to be out exploring something new (or relaxing on a beach somewhere, depending on the vacation!). I've really gotten into sports since finishing university, including squash, softball and beach volleyball. A bit of competition makes for some great exercise and fun.
Anyways, if you are a friendly person simply looking to meet someone new and spend an afternoon or evening out seeing the area from the perspective of a person new to the country, let me know! I look forward to meeting hopefully many friendly Kiwis! :)
