About Me
I'm super positive. I have taken adversity and turned it into opportunity repeatedly. This has led to a successful professional and personal life. I really appreciate a great attitude and willingness to participate in life, whatever that looks like at any given moment. That could mean peeling the potatoes or taking out the garbage to planning a special trip somewhere or creating a romantic evening even on a Monday night. I tend to be an early riser but have no problem staying in bed to cuddle on a day off. I love men but don't sleep with very many of them. I like my love life to start and end with friendship. I forgive the guys who were ass holes and thank the women who put up with them now. I really just want some love; easy, kind, respectful, no drama, no b.s., just straight up sweetness.
I do not use any medications, prescription or otherwise, except wine which is arguably a natural remedy. I have no health issues. I'm super busy and like it that way but will allocate time to spend with someone special.
I'm not a particularly good housekeeper, that's why I have a house-cleaner come in once a week. My whole life I promised myself to be successful enough to not have to spend my precious time doing that stuff myself (I respect those who like it and do it well though). My time is better spent on business, writing, painting etc. I'm currently actively working on a fascinating writing project documenting the extraordinary life of a 93 year old veteran friend of mine. I hope to publish it and write the screenplay, something I've dabbled with in the recent years too.
I am a really good cook. I am not afraid to try new things and would tackle pretty much any recipe that appealed to me or to someone I care about. Last weekend my son asked for Beef Wellington and strawberry cheesecake. Presto, done. I always keep my promises. I understand how priceless integrity is. I don't do things that I have to be ashamed of and I generally consider the risks and consequences of my actions. I am careful of the feelings of others but not so much as to protect them from truth as I believe in all instances truth is our friend and should be embraced. That said, diplomacy is a useful talent that smooths out the process of delivering truth. I am comfortable in pretty much any setting and can mingle with educated professionals or down to earth blue collar types with an equal degree of ease. Most important to me is intent, which should be pure of spirit and never detrimental to the well being of others.

I haven't changed much but will soon post a more current one, as soon as can get someone to take it for me. Hanging out in here has not been a priority the last few years but suddenly my life is a little calmer so I am turning my attention to seeking a companion.
