I'm in pre-retirement mode and have my health and my goal is to capitalize on all the outdoor activities I couldn't always do when I was working full time. I love the fragrances found in a forest so, go figure what I like to do?
I'm a certified scuba diver, but don't really like doing that much anymore. I did do it as part of my job as a lead field technician.
I just won't jump out of a plane or enter into chipolte pepper sauce contests.Love the kitchen and cooking, though not a big meat eater.
For personal well being I like fitness running. I have to to keep my weight down and spirits high. I've completed 2 1/2 Marathon de Montreal. Takes a while, but I did them. Now, I run, (fast jogging is more like it), about 4 times a week btwn 6 and 8km a shot.
so, if you respect your health, like mother nature and what she has to offer, please don't look me over..... :-D)
