So... what makes my profile different than all the others you've sifted through? No, that's the wrong question. What makes me different from every other guy that's emailed, winked, ogled your page or ?
Well, there's the checklist. I'm good with kids and don't mind in the least if you've got some. I've got a job, a car, my own place, all my teeth, a solid grasp of how the English language works and a sense of chivalry. I don't have any children of my own, ex-wives or any crazy ex-girlfriends lurking in the shadows. I'm not a felon, sex offender, spambot, terrorist, have a hole in my cellar or a Scientologist. I even speak with my mother on a pretty regular basis.
But different? I mean honestly, how many times have you read "I'm not like other guys"?
I'm that guy that has some pretty strong nerd tendencies and yet somehow isn't afraid of bathing, sunlight or the fairer sex. I apparently amuse the hell out of those around me.... I'm an avid swing dancer (Lindy hop!) and recently picked up two stepping as well... Also, I'm shiny so there's that!
Just to be honest, however, you should know that I'm moving about a few times in the next few months. . First to Florida for just under two months and then off to San Antonio in May. So whether we get together for just a few laughs, or if we want to try and make it the distance, I'm looking forward to what the future might hold.
What would I do for a first date? Is this like that "what would you do for a klondike bar?" question? Because that always seems to end in tears...but let's hope a first date doesn't end in tears, since that doesn't really bode well for the next one does it?
Yeah. That paragraph kinda went somewhere I didn't intend. I'll rewrite it later. Promise.
Anyways. What would I do for a first date. I'll assume it's asking what I'll do /on/ the first date, not so much how to pry a date out of someone. That said? That depends probably quite a bit on who the date is with, don't you think?
So then...what would /we/ do on a first date?
