About Me
It seems to me that at the age of around 60 we all change into something new, which to me, is a shame. We start being content with the "rocking chair romance"*
* Rocking chair romance: Sit on the porch in the rocking chair and reminisce about how things used to be; not about what is yet to be.
If I were looking for an Activity Partner,,I'd just be out with the "boys".
Oh yes, and what the heck is "Other Relationship"?
There may be snow on the roof,
One lady on here probably said it well, and unfortunately it may be true. Men look for a visual. Women look for safety.
It strikes me as sad that some women no longer look for chemistry, but perhaps only for a man to care for them in their later years. It's too bad that at this generation, we still don't have a level playing field, or true equality as ladies who lose a loved one seem to feel very vulnerable. Wost of all, ladies my age seem to disappear from this site. Perhaps they have all found the serenity that does not involve being interested in the "chemistry" we used to need!!!
