About Me
"delving into the past is a bottomless pit. there's always more. when someone isn't living in the present they are denying life.

one doesn't grow by going into the past but by coming into the present." - Eckhart Tolle

hey

ok everyone should read "The Power of Now" or download the audio book. it will change your life. I'm just in the blissful state that the readings of Eckhart Tolle has put me in right now and have been throughout the day. it was also a beautiful sunny day which helped.

the pain body that is always poking its way into our thoughts, trying to feed the ego always holding on to something. the ego loves drama and anger and sadness and all things that will hurt you and prevent you from feeling joy. it's just about knowing when this "pain body" creeps into your thinking and focusing on the feeling that this gives you. once you recognize that these negative thoughts are making you regret something or feel shame or whatever it is, you can recognize what happened with your thinking but let go and live in the present moment. knowing you're in the present and the past does not matter to you unless it is relative to the current situation at hand so why dwell on the past and feed the pain. the same applies to the future why worry so much about the future? you can't live in the future. you can still plan for the future and live in the present. I'm still wrapping my head around this and it's very refreshing.

how many of us are unconscious throughout the day? how many times are you conscious or is it just going through the motions? be conscious that this is the present moment and its beautiful because you're alive.

knowing is more than half the battle.

does this make sense to you?

robocop is the man except what was up with his car? he was really badass and fought crime and was a cool ass robot but he drove a grandma car. come on robocop.

I should shorten this profile up but instead Ill just keep adding to it and you can randomly scroll down and choose whatever to read.

honestly I'm going to be 100% honest with you because I would expect the same.

I'm not a huge internet star and I dont meet anyone off the internet ever really. Ive had this profile for years now but didnt even go on here for what seemed like years also so now Im just back on here to talk to some cool people maybe make some new friends maybe go on some dates :).

a lot of writing done over a span of a few years or more at random times.

it's just nice to have somebody to talk to sometimes and talking to new people can be really refreshing and inspire you even.

Merry Christmas everybody this text is so bland there should be text that glows and lights up popping out at you in 3d like a Clark Griswold light show.

I want to be Clark Griswold. in case you don't know that's Chevy Chase in National Lampoons Christmas. arguably the best christmas movie ever made.

check out some of my videos and message and tell me what you think pleeeaaase.

I'm back on here after a couple years I think and don't feel bad about it in any way just popping on to make some new friends or another cheeseball line.

I've really been into film a lot these days its a beautiful thing capturing moments and immortalizing them but it can become frustrating and tormenting even sometimes trying to make something perfect. it can be perfect though.

does anyone else enjoy getting into the christmas spirit I feel like such a dork typing this let alone actually being into it a bit but it comes and goes.

looking for motivation and more out of life so if you have any ideas let me know, cheers.

I enjoy drinking a lot of water.

I want to meditate with someone. full on meditate in a dark room. you feel really vulnerable even though its just an empty dark room. it's a trust exercise haha. maybe I should meditate all day every day?

what I'm really looking for in life is fulfillment and the right direction towards the fulfillment of my purpose in life. is that cheesy? I want a higher consciousness.

this profile seems huge to me haha huuuuuuuuuuge

you should message me for a good laugh and good company.

I'm an honest, happy go lucky guy or at least I try to be. I just want to have fun.

I've got more to give than I have to prove.

I am myself but who is that? we all cling to these views of ourselves but its a view that we of course create. it can influence us though so then we try to be ourselves to the point of not having selves because thats an ego created self image oohhh boooyy. my profile is too long...F.Y.I..

lately I've been reading more about Buddhism which is great and interesting. I knew a little about it but it is so deep and vast that there is no end to it which is great! all emotions are pain...seems pretty dreary but at the same time makes sense. I just ate an orange in the bath.
