About Me
I'd like someone I can relax with that enjoys the same things I do! I'm a fine artist that likes art, theatre, music, camping, hiking, walking, cooking, gardening and travel. Retired from Graphic Design due to a heart condition, but don't let it scare you. Just living a quieter more peaceful life.
I also have great interest and involvement with my kids, I have them after school three nights a week for a few hours, and then 2 weekends a month, and would like someone that wants to just see where things go. I'm a painter of abstracts, a sometimes poet(published), and a lover of life. Let me paint you! either on canvas, or you personnaly if you'd like! I have blue eyes. I'm very openminded, and don't believe in race, it's a falicy. We're all people who's ancestors evolved due to thier surroundings, not so one group could single out another for control, that's just bogus to me. I think if everyone treated each other with respect, and shared more the world would be a much better place! I'm open to any type of relationship, and if the right one comes along Wow!, things can change very quickly.
I believe love is something you work on, if you want to keep it, and that doesn't mean commitment. I also believe that with a relationship, you start from wherever you are in life, take it from there, and work on it together. It's just another journey that may or may not lead further. Friendship, and having fun has to come first. Once you decide to partner up then it becomes a business decision. I'd rather be less serious and just see what happens with someone, rather than get all serious right away. And I have to forewarn you that as an artist who's semi-retired, things don't always go perfectly. I'm not going to lie to you, art doesn't mean money, art means commitment, time, and having a little faith to get through life. Most art people are cash poor, friend rich, and live close to the vest with a few nice tides here and there, and a smile in their hearts. It's kinda like being a swashbuckler. Anyone that would come into my life, I would ask for you to understand that. The benefits are nice though, as a father I have more time than the average father for my kids, or whomever came into my life. And life isn't as hectic as being in the mainstream. I have a B.F.A. in Drawing and Painting, as well as a Post-Bacc. in Graphic Design.

First Date
We could go out for dinner, theatre, or an art event, or have an intimate coffee and just talk and find out more about each other. I'd like to meet someone else in the arts, or someone who's very interested in them. There's just so much to choose from. Or we could go for a long walks in the woods and talk, or go to a movie. Or we could sit under the pines in my yard, enjoy some coffee, and just talk. I'm open to almost anything, and enjoy long intimate moments with the right person!
