Ok, here goes nothing:
Likes: sports (playing and watching), camping, traveling, writing and perfoming music, smallville, family guy, our lady peace, etc.
Dislikes: Clingy girls, anything that gets tangled, my alarm clock, coldplay, and of course, Chris "I'm a D*#k" Pronger.
I would like to meet someone who is more independent than most. I am a pretty busy guy and I like to do my own thing sometimes. I would like someone who is active as well and likes to go camping and stuff like that. I think it is important to have goals in your life as well.
I honestly thought I had life figured out there for a short while. I have a good job, great family, lots of friends and motivation. As of late I have an epiphany. I realized that life is too short to waste it working your a$$ off for 40 years. I think that you can settle down and do that stuff later. Live now, while you can. That's why I am now planning to travel before I am too old or have a family. So I am trying to get to New Zealand sometime next year. If your interested, feel free to tag along. So far I am going by myself! I could use the company.
Not that I am a hippie or anything, I am a very hard worker, which is why I feel I am pretty successful to this point in my life. I just think that our culture is focused too much on material goods and not enough on experiencing life the way it is meant to be lived.
Well now that 95% of the ladies have already closed my profile because I scared them, if you think you can handle me, or just want to hang out, let me know! Talk to you soon!!!
I think it is important to talk as much as you can on a first date. If you can't last one date talking with eachother, my guess is that there isn't much potential. So meeting for coffee, or lunch, is a good introduction. Maybe if it goes well, do something after like mini golf.
