Okay, everyone knows that life is a journey, right? Well, did you know that sometimes life has to turn things upside-down in order for you to live right-side up?
I'm discovering this truth as I go, I'm hopeing to be right-side up soon. I'm also hopeing that I haven't been single so long that I've forgotten how to be in a relationship. This is something that scares the hell out of me. I shudder to think of myself in 10 years and alone still (well, alone except for my kitty who loves me very much.lol)
I heard a good one the other day. It's a construction thing, but, " The glass is neither half full nor half empty. Someone simply made the wrong size glass." lol
(I'm going to add more here later, stay tuned)
Seems I have some "splainin" to do (Lucy) LOL.I was just told that I am sending mixed signals by stateing above that I'm looking for female friends and then down here talking about love and romance. So, here's the dish:
I believe that in order to have a long term love, you
MUST be friends first. I want a long term love, but I'm
willing to take the time to become friends first.
I really hate to be this way, but I've got pictures posted, so should you. I mean, kinda
like "You show me yours, I'll show you mine". I hardly ever return a message to
someone who doesn't have one posted, unless your
letter really grabs my attention. I
guess what I'm saying is, if you don't have a picture
posted, you better have something interesting to say. Lol
I'm a 49 year old man in pretty good physical shape. I take care of myself. You should, as well. My life has a soundtrack. Sometimes the music is fast, sometimes
hard, and sometimes mellow and reflective. You MUST
have an open mind to all music.
Also, you MUST be intelligent and have the ability to
know the difference between a debate and an argument.
I love a good debate about,,,,,,,hmm,,,,,, pick one. Lol
Are you imaginative? Can you think outside of the box?? Are you open minded
enough to desire new knowledge daily??? If so, maybe we should talk. ;-)
However, if you feel the need to get drunk or even high and tight every day or even every other day,,,,, you should probably pass me by. Just sayin.
True Love,, Picture a coin. It has 2 sides. Each side totly different from the other. Yet without both sides together, you don't have a coin. Just lump of worthless metal. One side doesn't have to look to see if the other side is there. It just knows. As it travels throughout the world. Back to back, each facing outward covering the back of the other and living in complete harmony together.
