About Me
First - I am not a negative person but I have to say I have not had luck on this site and have decided that people probably need to come with warning labels on them! This seemed simple, I want someone to share my life with and other people want the same things, but as I have found, not so simple. I am not looking for a lot of people, just that one person.
Because I have put my social life on hold for a long time and because I am a pretty positive person, I decided to try this again (it's free) and you never know where or when you will meet your Mr. Right. I have a lot to bring to the table and want someone to share it with. There is so much to know about me but because of my past experiences with this site I decided not to write anything about my personality/personal life in this profile. The only thing that you MUST KNOW UPFRONT is that I am the proud, single mother of a 6 year old boy who will ALWAYS come first and therefore, my match MUST be open to having a child around as he is the true love of my life and the most important thing to me and will always be. Other than that, I am most definitely open, like to talk and promise to answer any questions with brutal honesty. (No sugar coating here.)
I also don't think email/texting, etc. is a proper form of communication while getting to know someone so I prefer to talk on the phone at first and try to meet while getting to know about each other.
My match must be wanting to have fun, WILLING to find the time to do it and be SERIOUS about it. I know we are all extremely busy so I won't waste your time and ask the same from you. I also only talk to one person at a time as I like to give that person my full attention. I have read many profiles where the person is looking for that and I am just a normal, down-to-earth person who does not work out five days a week and has no interest in Mr. Perfect. However, that does not mean I do not take care of myself and take pride in my looks, just not a perfect person and working out all the time is not my number one priority.
