About Me
I am a little stuck on what to write this time - I have edited this profile so many times and I really am not sure what to put in here anymore. I have been out of the dating scene for a long time, and I hope I haven't forgotten what dating is like!
I enjoy spending time outside but with two small kids I don't get outside as much as I would like. I have a career, not just a job, and I enjoy my work immensely. In addition to getting to work with kids, I make enough money to be independent and get to travel - I don't need to depend on anyone to help me pay for my house or things that my kids need.
Having said that, I would love to find someone that I can depend on for many other things - telling me how he feels about me (good and bad), carrying on a good conversations, making me smile, treating my kids well (hopefully as if they were his own). I know that guy is out there - just haven't found him yet.
What am I not looking for in a partner? Someone who would rather spend time with others instead of me. Someone who is rude, crude or demeaning to others around them (including me and my children). Someone who drinks too excess (I grew up with someone like that in my life and my kids won't).
I would like to get to know someone a little before meeting - doesn't have to be months and months of conversations but because my free time without my kids is limited, I want to ensure that I will actually have something to say to someone when I meet them.
Other than that, not too much to say. I love to travel (own a time share and try to use it once a year) and pets are important to me. I love my acreage and enjoy spending time outside with my kids (going for walks, just hanging out). I hope to find someone to share these activities and more with me - are you the one?
