Hi, I'm Karen. I am a mother of 2, a 25 year old son who lives in California and a daughter,17, who lives in Vandalia, Oh...north of Dayton. I am a Christian and I go to church as often as my job allows. I work at the Movie Gallery and am possibly moving up to assistant manager soon God-willing. I love to cook, enjoy movies if not too much profanity and nudity. I listen to music alot, and do christian karaoke every uesday evening at the town pool hall. I don't play much pool though. Come join me and maybe you can teach me as we sing praises to God. I enjoy studying the Bible, but not debating His will for our lives. Theology and doctrine are an individual thing as God reveals His will for your life individually. A family that studies Hiw word together can stay focused and centered in their daily life and relationships. My ex
believed in God, but wouldn't serve Him, and that became the beginning of the end.
To me, a first date shouldn't be about appearances, and things to do,but about seeing if the 2 are on the same page. Goals in life and compatible likes & dislikes can easily be found out and can form the basis of a great friendship. Watching a good movie, eating pizza, then watching the sunset as you walk around a park makes for a great first encounter. If you can't be with someone for that long, it's a good indicator that they won't be very good friends through a rough patch in your life.
