About Me
Hi my name is Den short for Dennis & I live in sunny Weymouth, I am very plain looking & those pictures on the website are from when I used to dye my hair.
I hate this bit but here it is, I am not very good at this, I am 6 foot tall & fairly chunky.
HONEST & I expect the same back.! V.G.S.O.H, Humble, intelligent, romantic, supportive, funny, gentle, kind, caring, loving, sensitive, W.L.T.M to meet a nice woman.
My hair has a lot of grey & silver in it, but I have a good head of hair.
My hobbies are varied & not too time consuming,computers, country pub, healthy eating, driving, reading, cooking, gardening, TV, painting, diy, but not a B&Q freak just enough to keep the house looking fine.
Not into driving all over the country to meet someone, you must be fairly local. (ie Dorset).
I have lived on my own for the last 15 years so I do know how to make a very decent meal for two as well, tea, & coffee, & nightime drinks, (lol), looking after number one too, on a daily basis I like to read & watch comedy on the TV.
So my days now are:- I just fill up the car & drive all over, go shopping, or wander along the sea-front, see my mates or just use the oven-ready meals from the deep freeze to cook a meal.
But that's just everyday, I write poetry & am an old romantic at heart, I do have health issues but I am waiting for an operation to rectify this, my taste in music is eclectic.
I feel relaxed about meeting new people, but I just haven't found the right one.
Do I sound like the person you want to chat online too or meet up for a coffee/drink/chat ???.
Just looking for a nice woman who is friendly & maybe later on she will become someone special to me, who has a happy outlook on life.
I like 70's & 80's music or anything that has a good tune.

P.S. Due to a Nodule on my right lung (very early first sign of Lung Cancer) I gave up smoking in July 2010, but i don't mind light smokers.
I am "normal" if that means anything these days.
