About Me
I don't need a knight in shining armour, or a Prince Charming. I have learned to fight my own dragons, and I face whatever adversity (adventure) comes my way without dissolving into tears or hysterics. I'm not demanding, whiny, high-strung, moody, nor am I psycho. I know a little about a lot of things, and am very observant and well-spoken, so can converse on a variety of topics. I find something to smile or laugh about every day, and refuse to be a "gloomy gus".
So if you're not a groper, and you're not pushy, mean, or a psycho.... in other words, a regular, old-fashioned gentleman, armed with a sense of humour, I can pretty much guarantee you won't feel you wasted your time meeting me.
Since posting this, when I was footloose and fancy free, I've added a new and wonderful dimension to my life by caring for my 92-years young mother. She doesn't yet live with me full-time, but is here often enough that she will probably have to be figured into the picture. She's a 4'9 ball of fire, still active, with a great sense of humour. She has removed the word O-L-D from her vocabulary and gives me a real dressing-down if I even hint at the word. lol I'm not saying we're joined at the hip, but she is such a perfect specimen of all that's right with the world, how can I neglect spending whatever time I can with her? I guess what I am saying is that, as much as I might like to come and go as I please, and take whatever time is needed to get to know someone, my time might be limited for a while. Unless you want to share stimulating conversation with 2 ladies that is :-)
