About Me
I recently finished up university, getting degrees in sociology history and education. I'm qualified to teach kindergarten through grade 6, but jobs are rather slim pickings in that area these days lol So right now, I'm working anywhere that will have me.
When I'm not working, I like to hang out with friends and relax. Shopping, movies, going for dinner/drinks, or just chilling at someone’s place works for me. But, I'm also a sucker for my alone time. lol I try to travel when I can, even if it's just a spending the weekend a few hours away.
I love music. Playing piano and singing could consume me if I let it, or had time for it. I’ll listen to pretty much anything. I have too many favourites to list. I really like indie pop/rock, alternative, and I’ll admit, top 40 still has a place in my heart ...it’s too catchy not to.lol
I’ve realized I can get addicted to television shows quite easily – as long as I watch them from the very first episode. It’s been a habit since I started university to just have something playing in the background while I do work, so that’s how that started. When it comes to movies, I’d much rather watch something I’ve seen already and love.
