I'm drawn to dreamers, spiritual people who appreciate art and have insight into the human condition.
Everyone here has it ass-backwards. Get to know someone before discussing romance - not the other way around.
Attraction is sparked by how someone curls his lip when he smiles at you; how he knows to touch you at just the right spot; how you react to his scent; how he makes you feel!
You can't predict chemistry by debating whether it's better to have 1 or 2 children or by choosing someone based on their preference for sunsets over sunrises, you've got to meet in person and see how you feel spending time with them. So, I'll spare you the "long walks on the beach" and "white picket fence" pitch. Even meeting for a cup of coffee is not sufficient to make a snap decision; maybe you're excited 'cause you just won a spot on American Idol.
I'm looking to have fun 1st and contemplate everything else 2nd! But I promise you it will be natural. After a great phone conversation, maybe we'll have a cup of coffee, then we might have brunch or play tennis. Who knows what will happen next? Maybe we will get married and be together for the next 60 years...
Conversation Starters (i.e. what you'd like to do on a first date...)
Anything fun and exciting, but enjoying a martini or a cup of coffee over great conversation is cool too. It all depends on who you're with. If you've got a sense of humor and a quick comeback we can have fun hanging out by the pool and making each other laugh.
