I’m down to earth, completely laid back, and I enjoy making people laugh; I am hopeless romantic and I have my head firmly attached to my shoulders.
I have major goals and aspirations in life- I did a double major in Criminology and Philosophy and a minor in psychology, as well as a degree in Legal administration. I recently completed a third degree as a Nursing Unit Clerk. My greatest goal is to be able to help other people.
I have come to realize that everything in life happens for a good reason, you’ve got to take the good with the bad and the bad with the ugly.. And trust me there are a few grey areas in between... I’ve also come to learn that no matter what, when it seems like everybody has turned their backs on you, it’s normally the other way around.
These are a few of my favourite things:
music-watching / playing sports, football, hockey (GO CANUCKS!), volleyball, tennis and soccer, art is an amazing thing, different pieces connote different feelings - the Monet to Dali exhibit at the Vancouver art gallery was absolutely stunning. I also enjoy dancing, writing, photography, philosophy, cuddling, thunder storms, orchids, and my cat Merlin.
I am the type of person who can be happy either staying inside or going out. I enjoy horror movies even though I get scared easily.

- I tend to like athletic/toned, tall /tall-ish (5'9), with nice eyes and a nice smile.
I intensely dislike:
Rude people, dishonesty, lack of common sense, making plans with people who are either late and don’t call, or cancel last minute. I also get annoyed by people chewing their gum like a cow.

Weird people: who are we to judge what weird is? For a normal person the abnormal is weird- it’s different, but for the abnormal- the normal ones ARE the abnormal ones. Society puts a label on everything, and everybody and I think being unique is a key element in maintaining a good friendship/ relationship... So be who you are and be proud of it!
