About Me
Looking for a fun gal for a lifetime of fun times! I'm not looking for a 'hook-up,' I'm just looking to meet a nice woman with a genuine interest in a long-term relationship.
There are certain things that I think are really important to consider when looking for that 'special someone' For instance, there has to be a physical attraction between us. For me, that means that you should be height-weight proportionate, have a sense of style, and a pretty smile. You must be single, employed (I don't care what you do, just do something), and for cryin' out loud, have a sense of humor (the more obscure, the better)! Honesty is important to me - it's not that much to ask for, really, so just be upfront. I have no interest in playing games, so let's keep it civil, fun and on the level.
I like to think that I am a funny guy who is really easy to get along with. I do own my house (just looking for someone that can help me make it a 'home') and car, and I have full-time employment. When I'm not working, I enjoy tending to the yard, playing disc golf, seeing live music and stand-up, dining out, and hanging out with my dog and friends. When I'm lounging at home, I keep myself entertained with music, movies, and playing with my dogs.
My taste in music is a little all over the board; chances are, I've got some stuff that you know and love, as well as some things you may have never heard before, but hopefully are willing to give it a listen. Some of my favorite bands / artists include (don't judge too quickly, either - there's a good chance that you've got some 'guilty musical pleasures', too): Buckcherry, Guns n' Roses, Days of the New, ICP, Billy Joel, AC/DC, Bob Dylan, Kid Rock, almost any 80's 'hair' band, Korn, Fleetwood Mac, Metallica, Rod Stewart, Ozzy, and MeatLoaf.
As far as movies and TV goes, I love comedy, but not exclusively. Deadwood, The Shield, MASH, Seinfeld, The Office and That 70's Show are some of my faves. I am always down for checking out a stand-up special, too.
Some more random stuff about me: I prefer Red wine over White, Coke over Pepsi (although I have a weakness for Mountain Dew), Dogs over Cats, Board/Card games over Video games, Bears and Cubs over Packers and Brewers, and Big Star over The Spot.
