I like to dine at nice restaurants (or try others that are unusual or unique), attend plays at Denver Center for the Performing Arts on a Saturday evening, listen to a great group in concert anywhere, anytime; hang out in Boulder or at a mall on a lazy Sunday afternoon --shopping, eating, visiting book stores, ....people gazing....conversation.
I love to cook. My favorite time of the year is Fall and winter. I love the smell, in the house, of a sauces, soups, stocks or stews cooking all day or all weekend long. I had the opportunity to travel to and from Asia, for business and personal reasons, and rent a home for a little over a year. My bucket list includes returning to Thailand, and also traveling back to Italy to take cooking and wine classes offered in the Tuscany Valley.
